You Blink 20,000 Times a Day! 👀

You probably didn’t notice, but you just blinked: humans blink about 15 to 20 times per minute!

That adds up to roughly 20,000 blinks per day, and about 10 million blinks per year! Each blink lasts about 1/3 of a second. Blinking keeps your eyes moist, clean, and protected. Here’s the really cool part: your brain actually “fills in” the darkness during each blink, so you never notice it!
