Did You Know? Most of the Ocean Is Still Unexplored!
The ocean covers most of Earth, but a very large part of it is still unknown to scientists.
The Ocean Is Still Full of Mysteries! 🌊
The ocean covers about 70% of Earth, but a huge amount of it is still unexplored.
Scientists have mapped more of the seafloor than ever before, but detailed exploring is much harder than looking at land from the air. The deep ocean is dark, cold, pressurized, and enormous. Special ships, sonar, robots, and submarines help researchers peek into places humans cannot easily visit.
That means our own planet still has hidden mountains, strange animals, and deep places waiting to be studied. Space is amazing, but Earth has mysteries too!

Fun challenge: Invent a gentle deep-sea creature and give it a name.
